What is Prizee LOTTERY?
Prizee LOTTERY is a decentralized application (dApp) built on the Arc Network designed to solve fundamental problems in traditional lotteries and social giveaways:
- Custodial Risk: Traditional platforms hold user and creator funds in centralized bank accounts or opaque multi-sigs. Prizee LOTTERY uses non-custodial smart contracts (
CircleSmartEscrow) to lock 100% of the prize pool at inception. - Opaque Winner Selection: Centralized lotteries rely on closed-source software or blackbox RNG. Prizee LOTTERY uses future on-chain block hashes to derive provably fair winning numbers that anyone can independently audit on the blockchain explorer.
- High Gas & Clunky UX: Arc Network offers sub-second finality with native USDC as the gas token, combined with Circle Web3 Programmable Wallets for seamless biometric/PIN-based execution without seed phrase anxiety.

1. Smart Contract Escrow
When a creator or community launches a round, the entire prize pool is deposited directly into the CircleSmartEscrow smart contract. If a round does not proceed or fails verification criteria, creators receive an automated smart contract refund.
2. Dual Settlement Engines
Prizee LOTTERY pioneers two distinct modes of prize settlement:
- Provably Fair RNG Jackpot: True on-chain lottery. Numbers are drawn from verifiable block hash seeds with multiple prize tiers (Match 1 through Match 6).
- Task-Reward Creator Bounties: Built for protocols, DAOs, and KOLs to reward authentic engagement (X/Twitter follow, like, retweet, comment) distributed via First-Come-First-Served (FCFS) or Random Draw.
3. Native USDC & Multi-Currency Settlement
Arc Network natively settles transactions in USDC, eliminating the friction of volatile gas tokens. The protocol supports multi-currency prizes in USDC, EURC, and cirBTC.
