Architectural Overview​

The Prizee LOTTERY ecosystem operates through four integrated operational layers:

2. Real-Time Settlement & Verification Engine​

Ensures provable integrity throughout the lifecycle of every campaign:

  • Zero-Drop Transaction Tracking: Continuously monitors transaction status on Arc Network to confirm ticket purchases, prize deposits, and payouts with zero data loss.
  • Deterministic Draw Lifecycle: Automatically locks ticket sales when round countdowns conclude, registers future target blocks, derives provably fair winning numbers, and initiates smart contract prize distribution.
  • Anti-Sybil Social Task Engine: Automatically validates social engagement tasks (X/Twitter follows, retweets, comments) while filtering bot farms through account age and reputation requirements.

3. Smart Contract Escrow (CircleSmartEscrow)​

The non-custodial financial vault deployed on Arc Network:

  • 100% Prize Guarantee: Creators and sponsors lock the entire prize pool into escrow upon launching a round, eliminating default and rug-pull risks.
  • Multi-Token Standard: Fully compatible with USDC, EURC, and cirBTC prize pools.
  • Automated Refund Invariant: Guarantees full refunds to creators if a campaign is cancelled or fails minimum requirements prior to draw lock.

4. Circle Non-Custodial Wallet Platform​

Enterprise-grade wallet infrastructure powering every account:

  • Multi-Party Computation (MPC): Eliminates private key vulnerabilities by sharding keys across secure hardware enclaves and client encryption.
  • Native USDC Gas: Transactions settle natively using USDC on Arc Network, avoiding friction from volatile gas tokens.
  • Self-Custody: Users retain sole signing authority over their funds via secure biometric and PIN confirmation.

5. Real-Time Notification & Referral Network​

Decentralized protocols require immediate, transparent communication channels:

  • Telegram Broadcast Bot (@prizee_noti_bot): Autonomous push messaging for round lifecycles, jackpot discoveries, and winner payouts directly to user accounts or group communities.
  • On-Chain Referral Attribution: Seamless peer-to-peer viral invitations via /?ref=CODE, tracked permanently on-chain and reflected in the Global Leaderboard's Refs index.

Protocol Security Model​

  1. Non-Custodial Invariant: At no point does the platform hold custody of user funds or creator prize pools. All disbursements are governed autonomously by smart contracts.
  2. Unpredictable Randomness: Draw seeds originate from block hashes mined after ticket sales close, mathematically preventing any party from predicting or influencing results.
  3. Public Auditing: Every round, ticket, block hash seed, and payout transaction is permanently recorded and publicly verifiable on the ArcScan blockchain explorer.
