At Prizee Raffle ("Prizee", "we", "our", or "us"), we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we process when you interact with our decentralized application (prizee.xyz), documentation, Telegram alerts, and smart contracts deployed on the Arc Network.

1. Our Decentralized & Non-Custodial Philosophy​

Prizee Raffle operates on core Web3 and data minimization principles:

  • No Private Keys or Passwords: We never ask for, hold, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or device passkeys.
  • No Identity Verification (KYC): Interacting with public smart contracts on Prizee does not require government-issued IDs, physical addresses, or phone numbers.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

2. Information We Process​

A. Public Blockchain Data​

When you participate in lotteries, purchase tickets, claim winnings, or create raffle pools, your transactions are broadcasted to the public Arc Network blockchain. Public blockchain data includes:

  • Your public wallet address (e.g., 0x...).
  • Transaction timestamps, block heights, and gas consumed.
  • Ticket selections, pool contract interactions, and prize claim receipts.

Public blockchain transactions are inherently open, verifiable, and permanent. They cannot be altered, hidden, or erased by Prizee or any centralized entity.

B. Device & Local Storage Data​

To optimize your user experience, the Prizee web application stores limited non-identifiable client preferences locally in your browser's localStorage:

  • Interface Preferences: Selected UI theme color palette, audio settings, and language preference (en or vi).
  • Cached Read-Only Data: Temporary query caches to speed up pool discovery and reduce unnecessary RPC calls.

C. Telegram Bot Interaction (@prizee_noti_bot)​

If you choose to interact with our official Telegram notification bot:

  • The bot processes your public Telegram User ID or Chat ID strictly to deliver opt-in notifications (e.g. draw alerts, winning numbers, new pool broadcasts).
  • You can revoke alerts or stop receiving notifications at any time by sending /stop to the bot.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Services​

The Protocol interacts with select third-party infrastructure providers to enable core functionality:

  1. Blockchain RPC Nodes: Your browser communicates with Arc Network RPC endpoints (e.g., rpc.testnet.arc.io) to read contract state and broadcast signed transactions.
  2. Circle Web3 Services: Leftover Circle SCA withdraw (legacy users) and App Kit swap quotes may call Circle APIs, subject to Circle's Privacy Policy.
  3. Privy Authentication: Social login is powered by Privy subject to Privy's Privacy Policy. Prizee does not auto-create a Privy embedded wallet.

4. Cookies and Web Analytics​

  • We do not use invasive third-party cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We may monitor aggregate, anonymized technical telemetry (e.g., RPC response latencies, application error rates) solely for network health, stability, and cyber security defense against DDoS attacks.

5. Security Measures​

We implement industry-standard cryptographic practices to safeguard the interface:

  • HTTPS & TLS Encryption: All communication between your device and the web application is encrypted via modern TLS protocols.
  • Open-Source Audits: Smart contracts are built using audited architectural standards, with open verification available on ArcScan.

6. Children's Privacy​

The Protocol is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from children. If we learn that a minor has engaged with the interface, we take steps to terminate access where technically feasible.

7. Changes to This Policy​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in our protocol, regulatory guidance, or technical updates. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this documentation site.
