Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
Welcome to Prizee Raffle ("Prizee", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prizee Raffle decentralized web application interface (prizee.xyz), smart contracts deployed on the Arc Network, and related services (collectively, the "Protocol" or "Services").
By connecting your wallet, participating in lotteries or raffles, creating pools, or interacting with our smart contracts, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using the Protocol.
1. Decentralized Protocol & Non-Custodial Nature
- Software Interface: Prizee Raffle is a decentralized front-end interface that enables users to interact with autonomous, self-executing smart contracts deployed on the Arc Network blockchain.
- Non-Custodial Architecture: Prizee does not act as an intermediary, custodian, broker, or financial institution. At no point does Prizee take custody, possession, or control of your private keys, digital assets, or cryptocurrency tokens.
- Autonomous Execution: All ticket purchases, escrow deposits, pool distributions, and random number derivations occur autonomously on-chain via smart contracts without centralized discretion.
2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
By accessing or using the Protocol, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You are not a resident, citizen, or located in any jurisdiction where participation in decentralized raffles, lotteries, or cryptographic token operations is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
- You are not the subject of economic sanctions administered by OFAC, the European Union, the United Nations, or other relevant government authorities.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws, taxation duties, and regulations applicable to your use of cryptographic assets and smart contracts.
3. Wallet Access & Security Responsibilities
- Key Custody: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wallet credentials, private keys, device passkeys, PIN codes, or authentication tokens.
- Irreversible Transactions: Transactions submitted to the Arc Network blockchain are irreversible and immutable. Once confirmed, purchases, claims, and fund transfers cannot be refunded or undone by Prizee.
- Third-Party Providers: Authentication (Privy), leftover Circle SCA withdraw, App Kit swaps, and external RPC nodes are independent third-party services governed by their respective terms.
4. Pool Creation & Raffle Rules
- Creator Obligations: Organizers creating Jackpot pools or Giveaway campaigns agree to provide truthful, lawful information. For custom prizes (e.g. NFTs, Whitelist spots, physical or off-chain goods), creators bear sole legal responsibility for fulfilling reward delivery to confirmed winners.
- Smart Contract Escrow: Token prize pools (e.g. USDC, EURC, cirBTC) are locked in smart escrow contracts upon round creation. Creators acknowledge that prize amounts will be released autonomously based on smart contract rules and cannot be manually diverted once active.
- Prohibited Campaigns: You may not create pools promoting illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, unauthorized securities, hate speech, or malicious exploits.
5. Risk Disclosures & Disclaimers
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:
- Smart Contract Risk: While our contracts are designed to high security standards, blockchain software carries inherent risks of bugs, exploits, network forks, or unforeseen technical failures.
- Network Volatility & Gas Fees: Transactions on Arc Network require network gas fees paid in native USDC. Network congestion or validator latency may affect execution times.
- No Financial or Investment Advice: Nothing on the Protocol constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Ticket purchases and participation in raffles are solely recreational and should not be considered investments or income guarantees.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following activities:
- Utilizing automated bots, Sybil attacks, or scripts to manipulate raffle entry caps or bypass fair participation rules.
- Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities, reentrancy bugs, or oracle delays.
- Using the Protocol for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or other illicit activities.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or overwhelming the Protocol’s infrastructure or user interfaces.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRIZEE, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRIBUTORS, DIRECTORS, OR DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR DIGITAL ASSETS RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PROTOCOL.
- ANY SMART CONTRACT BUG, NETWORK CONGESTION, DELAY, OR BLOCKCHAIN FORK.
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR COMPROMISE OF YOUR WALLET CREDENTIALS.
- ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR SERVICES INTEGRATED WITH THE PROTOCOL.
THE PROTOCOL IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Amendments & Modifications
We reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued access to or interaction with the Protocol following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
